So employers should motivate and treat employees differently as per their necessities, attitudes and wishes.
2. Perception

Every organization assumes that they have borrowed skill and brain of people working in an organization and they want to detach people from the work environment. However, individuals have two life's working life and family life. They enter an organization not only with skill, knowledge and brain but also they have feeling, emotion and sentiment. According to this assumption, working life cannot be detach from home life and skill, knowledge should not be isolated from their emotion, feeling and sentiment. Therefore, they should be treated as a whole person.
4. Motivated behavior
Individuals joins an organization not only to contribute to the organizations but also wants to get something from the organization. They have different needs, desire and expectations such needs and desire can be desirable and undesirable. They work to meet their desirable needs therefore, managers must be able to understand their desirable needs and address those needs which are unmet or not fulfilled.
5. Desire for investment
Every person feel themselves good. It is reflected by the feeling of self efficiency where they belive that they have ability of resources and knowledge to make the decision and solve the problem. They are kindly interested on sharing their efficiency or expertise to make better decision and make the organization successfull. So this assumption suggest the managers to understand such desire and participate employees on decision making.

1. Social system
Every organization borns, growths and ultimately dies in the society. It receives input from the society. After transportation process it delivers the output to the society. Therefore, organization cannot be isolated from social activities. The managers of the organization needs to understand the organization as a corporate citizen and must act like the natural citizen for the growth and prosperity of society.
2. Mutuality of interest
Organizations and people are two different but interrelated factors. This assumption advocates that people need organization and organization need people. This means people need organization to satisfy their personal goals and organization need people to achieve their organizational goals. Therefore, their shoud be effective relationship between people and an organization to achieve a common goal.
3. Ethical treatment
